Discussion on Improving HVE Students' Recognition Degree about School Teaching Management

当前大学生的教育管理日渐困难和复杂,因而也备受各方关注,高职院校学生的教育管理尤其如此。我们可以着眼于学校教育管理的实际收效,从教育管理的定义、地位、作用入手,围绕影响力和效果两方面,对高职院校配套设施、制度与内涵质量、校园文化、人本思想、规范化管理以及举措等方面进行探讨。

The teaching management of college students is becoming more and more difficult and complicated in recent years, therefore, is attracting special attention from various aspects and the situation in higher vocational colleges is more typical. With an eye to the practical effect of teaching management, we should start from the definition, position and role of it, focus on influences and effects and explore the supporting facilities, regulations, connotations, campus culture, humanist thoughts, standard management and countermeasures.
