Countermeasures of Cost Control and Auditing Aspect on College Infrastructure Project

随着科技的进步,教育成为了抢占未来的制高点,而在高校基本建设中贯彻科学发展观,构建可持续发展管理模式是一个历史趋势。但国家教育经费投入不足和教育的产业化对高校基建工程中的成本控制提出了新的要求,文章提出了如何通过对高校基建工程造价控制及审计环节控制来达到对总成本控制的目的。

With the advancement of technology, the establishment of education became to the height which aimed to seize the commanding of the future. But implementing the scientific development concept and building a sustainable development management model in colleges and universi- ties is a historical trend. The lack of the devotion which the country costs in education and education funding for the industrialization have made new demands for infrastructure projects in colleges and universities in the cost control, the paper raises the question of how to achieve the overall objective of cost control through the infrastructure project cost control and audit control aspect in colleges and universities.
