髓内持骨动力性髓内钉在胫骨骨折中的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨髓内持骨动力性髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的方法及效果。方法采用闭合复位或开放复位髓内持骨动力性髓内钉治疗胫骨中段骨折加例。结果手术时间平均40min,出血量50ml。骨折愈合时间12-14周,无感染、脂肪栓塞及骨不愈合发生。结论髓内持骨动力性髓内钉固定确实、功能恢复快,在骨折端有纵向加压作用,能促进骨痂快速形成,术中无需交锁,可减少了创伤发生,降低了手术感染风险,是一种安全、有效的微创疗法。 Objective To discuss the method and effect of intramedullary controlled dynamic nailing in the treatment of tibial shaft fracture. Methods 40 cases of tibial shaft fracture were treated by closed reduction or open reduction of intramedullary controlled dynamic nailing. Resuits The average operation time was 40 minutes, and blood lose is 50 ml. The healing period was 12 - 14 weeks without infection, fatty embolism and delayed union. Conclusion Intramedullary controlled dynamic nailing can provide a flexible fixation and quick recovery in treating tibial shaft fractures. The vertical pressure on the fracture bone can accelerate the healing of callus. Since there is no need of locking, it reduces the invasion and lower the infection. Intramodullary controlled dynamic nailing is a safe and mini - invasive method to treat the tibial shaft fracture.
