锁定加压钢板在治疗四肢骨折中的临床价值

Clinical value of locking compression plate in treatment of limb fractures

目的观察应用锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床应用及其疗效。方法31例四肢骨折采用锁定加压钢板（LCP）治疗，其中新鲜骨折18例，骨折不愈合6例，骨折感染性不愈合7例。术后第18个月复查X线后评价疗效。结果全部病例随访3-20个月，平均12个月。愈合30例，延迟愈合1侧，总愈合率达到100％。结论锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折愈合率高，具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of locking compression plates （LCP） for treatment of limb fractures. Methods Thirty -one cases of limb fractures including 18 cases of fresh fractures, 6 cases of nonunion fractures and 7 cases of infectious fracture nonunion were treated with LCP. They were reexamined with X -rays in l$th month after operation. AN patients were followed up for 3 to 20 months with an average of 12 months. Results The fractures of 30 cases were healed, the fracture of remaining 1 case was delayed in healing, therefore the total healing rate was 100%. Conclusion LCP has a preferable clinical value in treatment of limb fractures.
