摘要 目的在护理本科教育中开设《护士礼仪》课程,根据教学内容制定科学有效的评价体系。方法制定具体的、可操作的量化评价指标,根据各单元教学的不同培养内容,确定评价分值比例,把教师主观评分转化为客观评分。结果评估考核更趋于公平,并能够把量化的评价标准作为学生平时学习、训练的具体标准,使学生对学习要求更加明确。结论新的评价体系不仅方便教师和学生的操作,而且有利于提高教学质量。 Objective To establish a "nursing etiquette" course with a scientific evaluation system according to the teaching content for students of nursing department. Methods A specific practicable quantized indexing system was constructed according to different contents of cultivation,which turned the teacher's subjective scoring into objective scoring. Results The evaluation was trend to be fair,and to make the quantized evaluation standard as a specific standard of the usual learning and exercising can provide the students a clearer understanding of their studying. Conclusion The new evaluation system was not only convenient for teachers and students, but also improved the teaching quality.
