盆腔炎被认为是妇产科的常见疾病,也是外科手术最大的并发症。由于盆腔炎可导致多种后遗症,因此,对盆腔炎的治疗和预防应引起高度重视。本文从盆腔炎发生的危险因素、临床诊断、治疗及预防措施等几个方面对盆腔炎的治疗和预防进行全面的概述,其中重点介绍了盆腔炎的临床治疗,包括常规的抗生素治疗及中西医结合治疗、放射介入治疗和手术治疗等辅助治疗。

Pelvic inflammatory disease （PID） has been reported as a major complication following a large variety of obstetrical, gynaecological and surgical operations. As PID may result in many kinds of sequelae, attention should be paid to the therapy and prevention of PID. The risk factors, clinical characteristics and diagnosis, therapy and prevention measures of PID are introduced in this paper, especially the therapeutic methods including conventional antibiotic therapy, combined treatment with integrated Chinese traditional and Western medicine, radiological intervention,surgical management and so on.
