Studies on Chemical Constituents of Daphne genkwa

目的:研究芫花的化学成分。方法:对芫花乙醇提取物的石油醚部位和乙酸乙酯部位进行色谱分离,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果:从芫花中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为二十八碳烷(1)、三十二碳烷(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、4,′7-二甲氧基-5-羟基黄酮(4)、金色酰胺醇酯(5)、芫花素(6)、木樨草素(7)、芹菜素(8)、羟基芫花素(9)及Daphnoretin(10)。结论:化合物1和2均为首次从该植物分离得到。

Objective ： To study the chemical constituents of the flower buds of Daphne genkwa. Methods ： The constituents of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate-soluble portions were isolated and purified by means of chromatography, then they were identified by their physico-chemieal characteristics and spectral features. Results： Ten compounds were isolated and identified as octacosane （1）, dotriaeontane （ 2 ） ,β-sitosterol （ 3 ） , 4＇, 7-dimethoxy-5 -hydroxyflovone （ 4 ） , aurantiamide acetate （ 5 ） , genkwanin （ 6 ） , luteolin （ 7 ） , apigenin（8） ,3＇-hydroxygenkwanin（9） and daphnoretin（10）. Conclusion ： Compound 1 and 2 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
