摘要 目的:研究川西獐牙菜全草的化学成分。方法:运用各种柱色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱方法鉴定结构。结果:从川西獐牙菜70%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别是1,3,8-trihydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone(Ⅰ)、2,8-dihydroxy-1,6-dimethyoxyxanthone(Ⅱ)、1,8-dihydroxy-2,6-dime-thoxyxanthone(Ⅲ)、1,2,8-trimethoxyxanthone(Ⅳ)、1,3,5,6-tetrohyroxyxanthone(Ⅴ)、1,8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxan-thone(Ⅵ)、β-daucosterol(Ⅶ)、Clerosterol 3β-O-[6′-o-hydro-benzene-β-D-glucoside](Ⅷ)、ursolicacid(Ⅸ)、3β,28-di-hydroxylup-20(29)-ene(Ⅹ)、erythrocentaurin(Ⅺ)。结论:其中化合物Ⅷ、Ⅸ和Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study the ehemical constituents of Swertia mussotii. Methods: The constituents were isolated by various column chromatography methods, and their structures were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: E- leven compounds were isolated and identified as 1,3,8-trihydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone ( Ⅰ ), 2,8-dihydroxy-1,6-dimethyoxyxanthone ( Ⅱ ), 1,8-dihydroxy-2,6-dimethoxyxanthone ( Ⅲ ), 1,2,8-trimethoxyxanthone ( Ⅳ ), 1,3,5,6-tetrohyroxyxanthone ( Ⅴ ), 1,8-dihydroxy- 3,7-dimethoxyxanthone ( Ⅵ ) ,β-daucosterol ( Ⅶ ) , clerosterol 3β-O- [ 6'-o-hydro-benzene-β-D-glucoside ] ( Ⅷ ) , ursolicaeid ( Ⅸ ) , 3β,28- dihydroxylup-20 ( 29 ) -ene ( Ⅹ ), erythrocentaurin ( Ⅺ ) . Conclusion : Compounds Ⅷ,Ⅸand Ⅹ are isolated from Swertia mussotii for the first time.
