This paper focuses on the training system and methods of anti-terror and handling sudden affairs for the armed police and public security system in the complicated electromagnetic environment. Emphasized the scientific basic knowledge is the basic system of the training of anti-terror and handling sudden affairs in the complex electromagnetic environment; setting up simulated training platform is the best way of training of antiterror and handling sudden affairs; innovating incentives is an effective means to promote the training of antiterror and handling sudden affairs under the electromagnetic environment.
