复杂电磁环境下反恐处突训练的研究与探索

摘要 本文着重探讨了武警、公安系统在复杂电磁环境下,反恐处突训练的体系和施训方法。强调科学基础知识是在复杂电磁环境下反恐处突训练的基础体系,创建模拟训练平台是反恐处突训练的最佳途径,创新激励机制是促进电磁环境下反恐处突训练的有效手段。 This paper focuses on the training system and methods of anti-terror and handling sudden affairs for the armed police and public security system in the complicated electromagnetic environment. Emphasized the scientific basic knowledge is the basic system of the training of anti-terror and handling sudden affairs in the complex electromagnetic environment; setting up simulated training platform is the best way of training of antiterror and handling sudden affairs; innovating incentives is an effective means to promote the training of antiterror and handling sudden affairs under the electromagnetic environment.
