早期手术治疗跖跗关节损伤

OPERATIONAL TREATMENT FOR EARLY LISFRANC JOINT INJURIES

目的探讨早期治疗Lisfranc损伤的治疗方法。方法自2000年1月-2005年6月期间，共16例新鲜的Lisfranc损伤患者接受闭合复位克氏针内固定。损伤按Quenu—Kuss分型：A型5侧；B型9侧，其中B1型4侧，B2型5侧；C型4侧，其中c1型3侧，c2型1侧。结果术后平均随访18．6个月，根据Maryland足部功能评分（MFS），对术后疗效进行早期评价。结果显示：优4侧（25．00％）；良8侧（50．00％）；可3侧（18．75％）；劣1侧（6．25％），总体优良累计12侧，优良率为75．00％。结论使用闭合复位克氏针内固定治疗Lisfranc关节损伤取得了较满意的疗效。

Objective To explore treatment methods for early Lisfranc joint injuries. Methods From January, 2000 to June,2005 ,a total of 16 patients with fresh Lisfranc injuries have received closed reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation. The injuries were classified by Quenu - Kuss classification,including 5 A type; 9 B type, including 4 B1 type,5 B2 type; 3 C type,including 3 C1,1 （：2. Results When evaluated by Maryland Foot Score （MFS） ,a mean follow - up of 23.8 months revealed that excellent results occurred in 4 injuries （25.00%）, good in 8 （50. 00% ）, fair in 3 （ 18. 75 % ）, and poor in 1 （6. 25 % ）. The total excellent and good results were 12 （75%） Conclusion Closed reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation for the treatment of Lisfranc joint injuries should have satisfying results.
