目的探讨床边B超监视下行高危宫腔手术的临床应用价值。方法对临床行常规宫腔手术失败或怀疑有高危因素95例患者,行床边B超监视下手术。结果床边B超监视下95例高危宫腔手术全部成功。结论床边B超监视下指导高危宫腔手术有着重要的应用价值,其方法简便,B超导向作用大大提高了宫腔内操作的成功率,也是最安全的首选方法,值得临床推广应用。
