摘要
研究了天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶和丁腈橡胶在线接触条件下磨损过程中磨损率的变化规律,发现橡胶材料在磨损初期的磨损率随摩擦行程增大而增大,到达一定阶段后磨损率保持不变,进入稳定磨损阶段。本文还应用能量磨损理论对实验结果作了理论分析。
The change rules of the wear rate of rubber under the condition of a line contact in wear process are investigated,it shows that the wear rate of the rubber abrasion during initial stage is increased with the wear travel,after a certain stage the wear rate is constant and reaches to the steady stage of wear.It is theoretical analyzed for the test results by use of energy wear theory.
