摘要
介绍了新型乳化剂——仲烷基磺酸钠（ＳＡＳ）的产品特性。重点讨论了ＳＡＳ在改性氯－偏乳液聚合中的应用情况。研究结果表明，以ＳＡＳ作为改性氯－偏乳液聚合的专用乳化剂，能使产品的表面张力降低１～２ｍＮ／ｍ，便于施工，能提高ｐＨ值１～１．５，从而提高产品的稳定性；还能降低生产成本４０元／ｔ。
The product properties of a new type of emulsifierSAS are introduced.It is emphasized the application of SAS in emulsion polymerization of modified vinyl chloridevinylidene chlorids.The results show that it regards SAS as the special emulsion,the surface tension of the product can decrease 1～2 mN/m,which is convenient to construct.Its pH value can increase 1～1.5 and inerease the stabilty of the product,and also reduce the production cost 40 yuan/t.
