用组合工艺处理碱性、弱酸性染料混合废水

摘要 采用“中和-氯氧化-电化学反应-催化氧化”组合工艺处理碱性、弱酸性染料混合废水,可使混合废水的COD值由14560mg/L降至210mg/L,色度由50000倍降至10倍以下,处理后废水可回收利用或排放。实验结果表明,染料废水可发生协同沉淀效应,若组合得当,可使染料废水得到很大程度的净化。ClO2对某些染料废水具有良好的去除COD和色度作用,其在工业废水工程中的推广应用应引起足够的重视。 The basic,weak acid dyestuff mixed waste water is treated by constitution process of neutralizationchlorine oxidationelectrochemical reactioncatalytic oxidation,the COD value of mixed waste water can be reduced from 14 560 mg/L to 210 mg/L,its colourity can be reduced from 50 000 times to lower than 10 times,and the waste water can be recovered and utilized or discharged after treating.The experiment results show that dyestuff waste water may lead to a cooperative sedimentary effect,and it can cause a good purification if the process constitute appropriately,and the ClO2 has a good elimination of COD and colourity.It should be attached importance to application and dissemination in industrial waste water treatment.
