摘要
采用向钇稳定的二氧化锆中分别掺杂1%,5%,15%的羟基磷灰石来制备生物性能良好、机械强度较高的生物复合材料,并对其进行了维氏硬度和生物模拟试验.结果表明,掺杂羟基磷灰石的复合材料的硬度远远高于单一羟基磷灰石的硬度;浸入模拟体液8天后,该复合材料的表面完全被骨状的磷灰石所覆盖,而且骨状磷灰石逐渐向复合材料内部迁移,说明该种复合材料具有骨传导性和持久的生物活性,可以得到更为广泛的应用.
Yttria-stabilized zirconia ceramics doped with 1%, 5%, 15% amount of hydroxyapatite, repectively, were developed in order to produce a composite biomaterial with a high bioactivity as well as sufficient mechanical strength for load-bearing applications. The Vickers hardness for HA-doped composite was much greater than that of HA ceramics. The entire covering by bone-like apatite after a 8-day immersion in simulated body fluid suggested that the HA-Z composite had bioactivities. The HA-Z composite ceramics were recognized as osteoconductive and durable biomaterials and expected to be used in extended application fields.
