面神经水平段及垂直段骨管内大血管伴行一例

摘要 我们行颞骨解剖训练时（尸头标本由解剖教研室提供），发现一例标本面神经水平段及垂直段骨管内有较大动、静脉血管伴行，如果在行面神经减压术时遇到此种解剖变异，很容易损伤血管而导致较严重出血，又因其不易明辨，如用双极电凝等方法止血则可能会造成面神经的严重损伤，遂报告如下。
