结核芯片检查阴性的婴儿中耳结核一例
摘要
近年来中华医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学分会小儿学组每年在召开工作会议的同时，均组织学术报告和临床病例讨论，加强了专业学术交流，有利于促进我国小儿耳鼻咽喉科学的发展。他们所组织的“临床病例讨论”很有特色，与以往讨论难以确诊的疑难病例有很大的不同。这个讨论的目的不是为了临床确诊和治疗工作的具体需要，而是选择有代表性的病例，回顾和分析其临床资料，与会专家结合自己的临床经验和教训进行讨论，提出预防误诊误治的意见。各地专家共同讨论，集思广义，对临床工作有重要指导意义。近年来国内各类学术交流会议较多，总结记录学术会议上讨论的典型病例，可提供给更多的临床医生参考。我们希望新开辟的这个栏目能受到读者的欢迎。
