摘要 随机抽取广州市2 905家企业人事经理的管理信念、劳动关系和谐度、企业经济绩效和非经济绩效的问卷调查数据进行多重回归,检验中介效应,并比较守法企业与非守法企业的差异。结果发现:(1)守法企业与非守法企业在管理信念、劳动关系和谐度、企业经济绩效和非经济绩效的表现上均存在极其显著的差异;(2)管理信念对企业经济绩效和非经济绩效都有正向性的影响;(3)企业的劳动关系和谐度发挥积极的中介作用。 The mediating regression analysis on data randomly collected from surveys covering personnel managersbelief,harmonious labor relations,enterprise's economic performance and non-economic performance,together with a contrast between law-abiding and non-law-abiding enterprises, has led to the following findings: First of all, the significant differences between law-abiding and non-law-abiding enterprises in terms of managersbelief on harmonious labor relations, degree of enterprise harmony, enterprise's economic performance and non-economic performance;Secondly,the positive impact,exerted by managers belief, on enterprise's economic and non-economic performance ;Thirdly, a positive mediating role played by enterprises harmonious labor relations.
