摘要
目的:比较白内障超声乳化联合PMMA人工晶状体(MZ30BD)、蓝光滤过型Acrysof Natural人工晶状体(SN60AT),Acrysof IQ非球面人工晶状体(SN60WF)和多焦点Restore(SN60D3)人工晶状体植入术后视力满意率。方法:白内障超声乳化术患者334例,根据植入人工晶状体类型分为4组:PMMA组(98例)、Natural组(106例)、IQ组(110例)及Restore组(20例),于术后1,3,6mo随访调查患者术后的视力满意率(分为非常满意、基本满意、尚可和失望),比较术后同一时段各组满意率的不同以及各组术后满意率在不同时段的差异。结果:以非常满意和基本满意合计总满意率。术后1moPMMA组、Natural组、IQ组及Restore组视力满意率分别为85.7%,66.0%,60.0%和45.0%;术后3mo为77.6%,68.9%,83.6%和80.0%;术后6mo为76.5%,71.7%,85.5%和80.0%。术后1mo4组的术后视力满意率存在显著性差异(P<0.05);术后3mo4组的术后视力满意率无显著性差异(P>0.05);术后6mo4组的术后视力满意率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。PMMA组3次随访的术后视力满意率无显著性差异(P>0.05);Natural组3次随访的术后视力满意率无显著性差异(P>0.05);IQ组3次随访的术后视力满意率存在显著性差异(P<0.05);Restore组3次随访的术后视力满意率存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:超乳术后视力满意率因植入人工晶状体的不同而不同,而且随着时间的推移而发生变化。
AIM: To compare postoperative visual satisfaction in patients who had performed phacoemulsification and implantation of different types of intraocular lenses(IOL). METHODS: There are 334 patients who underwent phacoemulsification and different types of IOLs implantation. The patients were divided into 4 groups according to the types of IOL. Group PMMA included 98 patients implanted with PMMA IOL(MZ30BD) ; group Natural included 106 patients implanted with blue-light filtering Arcysof Natural IOL(SN60AT) ;group IQ included 110 patients implanted with non-spherical surface Arcysof IQ IOL(SN60WF) and group Restore included 20 patients received multifocal IOL of Restore. All patients after phacoemulsification 1 month, 3 months and 6 months were inquired satisfaction of vision to find the difference of visual satisfaction among the 4 groups. RESULTS: Patients' satisfaction of postoperative 1 month in PMMA group, Natural group, IQ group and Restore group is 85. 7%, 66. 0%, 60. 0% and 45. 0% respectively. Patients' satisfaction of postoperative 3 months is 77.6% ,68.9%, 83.6% and 80.0% respectively. Patients' satisfaction of postoperative 6 months is 76.5%, 71.7%, 85.5% and 80.0%. CONCLUSION: The postoperative visual satisfaction are different with types of IOL implantation and sessions after surgery.
