Q值调整的角膜个体化切削

摘要 传统激光切削模式下的准分子角膜屈光手术可有效矫正人眼近视、远视及散光等屈光不正,但术后可能造成人眼高阶像差增加,导致部分患者出现眩光、光晕、夜视力障碍等主诉。有研究表明,术后视觉质量的下降与角膜形态改变有直接关系。近年来出现的Q值调整的个体化切削依据每位患者的目标Q值对角膜进行切削,使术后角膜Q值相对保持不变,球差增大不明显,从而提高患者术后的视觉质量。 Traditional excimer laser refractive surgery is effective in correcting ametropia such as myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism. Meanwhile it may also induce the higher order ocular aberrations and result in some night vision problems. Researches have shown that the decreased postoperative visual function correlates significantly with the change of the anterior shape of cornea. Q-value customized corneal refractive surgery is a new one based on the traditional ones. It works by ablating the cornea according to each patients'target Q-value so as to maintain the corneal asphericity and reduce higher order ocular aberrations. Therefore the patients can acquire the best postoperative vision.
