不同切口青光眼白内障三联手术对角膜内皮细胞的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察分别采用单切口白内障超声乳化吸出联合小梁切除及后房型IOL植入术和双切口白内障超声乳化吸出联合小梁切除及折叠式后房型IOL植入术治疗白内障合并青光眼对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法:应用非接触式角膜内皮显微镜对单切口白内障超声乳化术和双切口白内障超声乳化术2组病例的术前和术后1mo的角膜内皮细胞密度和面积等进行观察。结果:单切口与双切口术后1mo的角膜内皮细胞损失率分别为(12.65±3.69)%和(14.73±3.03)%,经统计学分析其差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:双切口青光眼白内障三联手术在术后角膜内皮细胞损失率方面比单切口术式更有优势。 AIM: To observe the changes of corneal endothelial cells undergone triple-surgery of trabeculetomy, ultrasonic phacoemulsification and posterior chamber IOL implantation by one- or two-incision. METHODS, The density and area of corneal endothelium cells in the two-incision group and the control group with one-incision were measured by specular microscope before surgery and 1 month after surgery. RESULTS: The rate of the corneal endothelial cells loss in two-incision group and one- incision group was (12.65 ± 3.69)% and (14.73 ±3.03)%, respectively. The levels of postoperative cell density and average area were significantly different from those of the preoperative (P〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: The two-incision triple procedure of operation have dominance to compare one-incision in the rate of the corneal endothelial cells loss.
