LASIK术中两种掀瓣法对术后屈光度的影响

Effect of two different flap lifting methods for the refractive diopter in LASIK

目的:探讨LASIK术中"干性"掀瓣法和"湿性"掀瓣法对术后屈光度的影响。方法:近视患者66例132眼,随机分为A,B两组。在LASIK操作过程中,A组31例62眼采用"干性"掀瓣法掀瓣,B组35例70眼采用"湿性"掀瓣法掀瓣。其他操作在两组中完全一致。术后3mo复查,将散瞳验光的结果转换为等效球镜度,进行对比分析。结果:A组术后等效球镜度为正值的有92.9%,为负值的有7.1%;而B组则分别为51.5%和48.5%,两组差别具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:LASIK术中"干性"掀瓣法较"湿性"掀瓣法可致术后屈光度具有更好的一致性和可预测性。

AIM： To find out the effect of the ＂ dry＂ flap lifting and ＂wet＂ flap lifting methods for the postoperative refractive diopter in LASIK. METHODS： A total of 66 cases （132 eyes） with myopia who were operated by LASIK were randomly divided into two groups. For group A, the flaps of 31 cases （62 eyes） were lifted by ＂ dry＂ method. And for group B, the flaps of 35 cases （70 eyes） were lifted by ＂ wet＂ method. Any other processing during the operation was the same in two groups. After 3 months the refractive diopter of 66 cases （132 eyes） was confirmed by retinoscopy with mydriatic and transferred into spherical equivalent （SE）. The data of two groups were analyzed comparably. RESULTS： The refractive diopter value of the postoperative SE was 92.9% （positive） and 7.1% （negative） respectively in group A; 51. 5% （positive） and 48. 5% （negative） respectively in group B. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （ P〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION： Our study showed that there was better consistency and predictability with ＂ dry＂ flap lifting than with ＂ wet＂ flap lifting methods for the postoperative refractive diopter in LASIK.
