头孢曲松钠治疗新生儿淋球菌性结膜炎

Clinical research on neonatal gonococcal conjunctivitis by ceftriaxone

目的:临床研究头孢曲松钠(罗氏芬)注射液内外联用治疗新生儿淋球菌性结膜炎的结果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:经临床诊断为新生儿淋球菌性结膜炎患儿62例116眼,随机分为两组,分别使用头孢曲松钠(罗氏芬)注射液内外联用和常规治疗,并对治疗结果进行分析。结果:头孢曲松钠(罗氏芬)注射液内外联用治疗新生儿淋球菌性结膜炎有效率高于常规治疗,两组间有效率有统计学意义(χ2=4.80,P<0.05)。结论:头孢曲松钠(罗氏芬)注射液内外联用可以作为新生儿淋球菌性结膜炎的有效治疗手段,可于细菌培养结果报告前应用。

AIM： To research the therapeutic effect of neonatal gonococcal conjunctivitis by ceftriaxone, to provide evidence of clinical cure. METHODS ： Sixty-two （116 eyes） children with neonatal gonococcal conjunctivitis after clinical diagnosis, were randomly divided to 2 groups, they were cured by ceftriaxone locally and systemically and conventional treatment respectively. The therapeutic effect was analysis. RESULTS. The curative effect of ceftriaxone locally and systemically was better than conventional treatment. The difference was statistical significant （X^2 = 4.80, P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Ceftriaxone locally and systemically treatment would be an effective choice to neonatal gonococcal conjunctivitis.
