基于工业生产力推动机制的工业部门划分设想

Industrial Department Allocation Based on Industrial Productivity Promotion Mechanism

传统的重、轻工业部门两分法,既不能准确地反映现代工业的结构关系,也不能准确反映先进生产力的发展规律和重点。根据各工业部门与先进生产力的关系,可将工业部门划分为创造先进生产力的装备制造业和运用先进生产力的加工业两大类,其中加工业可进一步划分为重加工业和轻加工业。这有利于我们科学地理解工业部门的内部关系,特别是与先进生产力的关系,也有利于国家自主战略的顺利实施和推进。

Traditional heavy and light industry allocation can not reflect structure relation of modern industry and can also not accurately reflect productivity development law and its importance. According to the relationship between industrial departments and advanced productivity, industrial department can be divided into such two departments as equipment manufacturer of creative productivity and processing industry by using advanced productivity, among which processing industry can be further divided into heavy processing in- dustry and light processing industry. This allocation is helpful to scientifically understanding of intrinsic relation of industrial departments, especially their relation to advanced productivity, and is also helpful to implementing and promoting national serf-strategy.
