摘要
为了加强以实物、知识产权、土地使用权等非货币财产出资的评估管理，规范以非货币财产出资评估行为，财政部、国家工商总局于2009年3月30日．联合下发了《关于加强以非货币财产出资的评估管理若干问题的通知》（财企[2009]46号）（以下简称《通知》）。中国资产评估协会为此发文，请各地方协会将《通知》转发各资产评估机构，组织资产评估机构认真学习．注意收集有关问题并及时反馈．以更好地贯彻落实《通知》精神。
To strengthen the valuation management of capital contribution in the form of non-monetary assets, such as physical assets, intellectual property, land use rights and so on, and regulate the valuation practice of nonmonetary assets as capital contribution, MoF and SAIC co-issued the Notice to Strengthen the Valuation Management of Non-monetary Assets as Capital Contribution(No.46[2009]of the Ministry of Finance)on March 30, 2009. China Appraisal Society (CAS) published the Notice here for readers to learn it. At the same time, CAS hopes that each local appraisal society could forward this Notice to local appraisal firms, organize the firms to study it, collect and return the feedbacks timely to CAS, and thus carry out the spirit of the Notice well.
