摘要
采用固体BVRe共渗处理,16Mn钢表面可获得HV1700~2400的高硬度,硬化层深度大于200μm.耐磨性及耐蚀性得到较大的提高.电站用引风机叶轮叶片经共渗处理后装机,运转13个月后未见明显磨损.
In this paper, a new pack BVRe multiple incorating technique was used. By application of the techique, the surface hardness of 45 and 16Mn steel attains H V1 700~2 400 and their resistance to wear and corrosion enhances eleven times. It was observed that the hardened layer depth is over 200 μm. By practical run over four months in the power station, the incoporated vane wheel and blade were not suffered from wearing.
