鳗弧菌减毒活疫苗对牙鲆免疫效果的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究鳗弧菌减毒活疫苗对牙鲆的免疫保护作用。方法以鳗弧菌野生菌全细胞灭活疫苗为对照,用肌内注射和浸泡免疫方式分析鳗弧菌减毒活疫苗对牙鲆的免疫保护作用。结果不同疫苗和免疫方式的受免鱼各免疫指标均有明显变化,以注射减毒活疫苗组最高,注射灭活疫苗组次之,浸泡组最低;人工攻毒实验表明,注射或浸泡减毒活疫苗的受免鱼免疫保护率达到100%,明显高于灭活疫苗的60%,同时对溶藻弧菌有一定的交叉免疫保护作用,最高免疫保护率可达60%。结论鳗弧菌减毒活疫苗可有效引起牙鲆的免疫应答。 Objective To study the immune protection of Paralichthys olivaceus vaccinated by the live attenuated V. anguillarum vaccine. Methods With the formalin-killed wild-type V. anguillarum as the control, Paralichthys olivaceus were vaccinated by the live attenuated V. anguillarum vaccine through intramuscular injection or bathing immunization. Results The immune indexes were obviously changed from the fish vaccinated by different vaccines and immunization approach. The immune level of fish injected by the live attenuated vaccine was the highest, that injected by the formalin-killed vaccine took the second place, and that through bathing immunization of live attenuated vaccine was lowest. The challenge protection experiment showed the Relative Percentage Survival (RPS) value of fish vaccinated by the live attenuated vaccine were 100 % including both bathing and injection challenge, which was obviously higher than that by the formalin-killed vaccine (60 %). At the same time, the live attenuated vaccine also had the cross-protective immunity for Vibrio alginolyticus and the RPS value could be 60 %. Conclusion A strong immunity response of Paralichthys olivaceus appears after induced by the live attenuated V. anguillarum vaccine.
