复方草豆蔻合剂中山姜素与小豆蔻明的含量测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立复方草豆蔻合剂中主要有效成分山姜素与小豆蔻明的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法(HPLC)KromasilC18(5μm×250mm×4.60mm)色谱柱;以甲醇?水为流动相(70∶30),流速为1ml/min,检测波长为300nm。结果山姜素与小豆蔻明的线性范围分别为0.0290~0.4640μg(r=1),0.0064~0.1024μg(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为96.84%,97.19%,RSD分别为1.11%、1.72%。结论本测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于本制剂中主要有效成分的含量测定。 Objective To establish a method for determination of effective components in compound Alpinia katsumadai Mixture by RP-HPLC. Methods The contents of alpinetin and cardamomin were simultaneously determined by a HPLC system using following conditions: the column was Kromasil C18(5 μm × 250 mm ×4.60 mm) , the mobile phase was MeOH-H2O (70: 30) , the flow rate was 1 ml/min, the detection wavelength was at 300 nm. Results The linear range of alpinetin and cardamomin, was 0. 0290 - 0. 4640 μg ( r = 1) , 0. 0064 - 0. 1024 μg ( r = 0. 9999 ) , respectively; their average recoveries (n = 9) were 96. 84%, 97.19%, corresponding RSD were 1.11%, 1.72%. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple, accurate, highly selective, and reproducible, thus it can be used as quality control in the preparation of Compound Alpinia katsumadai Mixture.
