摘要
采用(苯乙烯/马来酸酐)共聚物(SMAH)作相容剂,通过熔融共混制备了PA36/ABS合金。对三种牌号ABS树脂进行了选择,通过不同SMAH含量的PA6/ABS合金的力学性能、熔体流动速率、动态力学性能,以及微观结构剖析,分析了SMAH的相容化机理。
Nylon 6/ABS alloys with poly(styrene-maleic anhydride )(SMA) as compatibilizer were prepared by melt blending. Three different types of ABS were tested. The compatibilization mechanisms in alloys with different SMA content was examined by mechanical test, rnelt flow rate(MFR), dynamic mechanical property as well as microstructure analysis.
