石油钻机井架底座的疲劳寿命预测 被引量:2

摘要 根据允许应力幅值法研究了石油钻机井架底座钢结构疲劳寿命的工程预测方法,分析了钻机起下钻作业疲劳荷载谱以及等效应力幅系数的计算方法,提出了石油钻机结构疲劳寿命计算的结构流程。最后以海洋70LDB钻机为例进行了疲劳寿命计算,计算结果表明,该型钻机设计合理,有较大的寿命安全系数。同时也验证了该疲劳寿命计算方法可以有效应用于石油钻机井架底座的疲劳设计,具有良好的工程应用价值。 Based on allowable stress peak value method," the engineering budget method of the oil-drilling rig substructure steel structure's fatigue life was researched, computational method of the fatigue load spectrum and equivalent stress amplitude coefficient were analysed when the rig is tripping, the structure path how to compute the rig structure's fatigue life was proposed. At last the 70LDB marine drilling fig was taken for an example which fatigue life was computed. The result indicated that this rig's design is reasonable and there is a great life factor. Meanwhile the computational method of the fatigue life was proved to be used to do the fatigue design of the oil-drilling rig substructure, and has a good project application value.
