摘要
基于高压容器的特殊性,根据承压容器的物理模型,利用计算机模拟的方法建立了承压容器的有限元模型,利用Solidworks Simulation的分析功能对其载荷特性进行了静力分析及强度校核,进而得出承压容器的安全性和可靠性。该分析对设计高压容器安全性的校核及成本的降低具有一定的参考作用。
Based on the special high-pressure containers, pressure vessels in accordance with the physical model, the use of computer simulation methods of the establishment of a pressure vessel finite element model, the use of So|idworks Simulation analysis functional analyze its characteristics load of static and checking the strength, obtain the pressure vessel safety and reliability.
