摘要
采用有限元方法对绞车滚筒的结构强度进行分析及计算,充分考虑了绳槽、离心力等因素对滚筒承载能力的影响,对滚筒在最大快绳拉力下的应力应变特性进行了研究,得出了滚筒等效应力分布,以及在各危险截面上定义的路径的应力分布曲线。计算结果为滚筒的结构设计工作提供参考。
This paper analyzes and calculates the structural strength of the drum spool with finite element method, adequately thinks the influence of the grooving and centrifugal effect to the drum spool carrying capacity, and studies the stress-strain properties of the drum spool under the maximal load forms, h obtains the distribution of equivalent effective stress and the stress envelope of the paths defined on dangerous cross-sections, which can be reference to the structural design analysis of stern roller.
