包钢热电厂2^#锅炉汽包水位控制系统的应用与研究

摘要 保持汽包的正常水位是汽包锅炉和汽轮机安全运行的重要条件之一。汽包水位控制的目的就是要克服锅炉负荷变化所引起的"虚假水位"和各种干扰对水位的影响,维持汽包水位在允许的范围内变化。传统的控制方式主要采用三冲量PID控制算法,本文提出了用模糊PID参数自整定控制算法实现对汽包水位进行控制的方案,模糊PID参数自整定算法是在PID控制的基础上引入模糊控制的思想,既具有模糊控制灵活而适应性强的优点,又具有PID控制精度高的特点。 The normal water level is one of the important elements for the safe operation of the drum boiler and the steam turbine. Drum water level control is to overcome the "false water level" caused by the boiler load change and other interferences that affect the water level, and maintain the water level in the drum within the allowed range. The traditional control mainly adopts a three-impulse PID control algorithm.In this paper, fuzzy PID parameters self-tuning control algorithm is proposed to achieve control of drum water level. Fuzzy PID parameters self-tuning control algorithm is based on the traditional PID control, with the introduction of fuzzy control thought and it not only has the flexible and adaptable advantages of fuzzy control, but also has high-precision characteristics of PID control.
