Considerations on Cenversion of Regenerative Glass Furnaces to Oxy-Fuel Firing

全氧燃烧已成为近年来国际玻璃会议最热门的议题之一。中国的一些玻璃制造厂对此也表现了极大的兴趣。给出了蓄热式玻璃熔窑改造为全氧燃烧窑在实施过程中若干问题的考虑，包括氧气供应方式的介绍与比较，全氧燃烧的设计与选择原则，耐火材料的选用，配合料的调整，废气出口位置以及改造项目实例。

xy-Fuel firing has been one of the hottest topics in international conferences on glass problems in recent years. Some glass manufacturers in China have also shown great interest in it. Therefore some considerations on conversion of regenerative glass furnaces to oxy-fuel are given out to clarify some questions on the conversion. The considerations include introduction and comparison of oxygen supply methods, rules on the design and selection of oxy-fuel burner, selection of refractory, adjustment of batch, position of flue exhaust and preparation of conversion.
