A Clearing Method of AFC on Urban Mass Transit

随着城市轨道交通网络的形成和路网利益主体多元化现象的出现,迫切需要一种合理的、可行的清分方案。在网络化运营条件下,清分所涉及因素比较复杂,因此首先对这些因素进行详细分析,然后提出了一种新型的基于理论旅行时间的多路径选择概率的清分模型。对模型的建立原则和清分流程进行详细的阐述,并对模型的求解思路进行简单介绍。

With the network formation and the participation of multiple-devotees in the construction of urban mass transit, a reasonable principle is urgently needed to clear the incomes from AFC to different devotees, because many factors will influence the liquidation under the network operation model. Firstly, this paper analyses the influential factors on the problem, then puts forward a clearing method of multiple-route probability based on the theoretical travel time. Finally, this paper illustrates the conception and procedure of the clearing with a brief introduction of the solution to this clearing model.
