民生科技的内涵及发展模式研究

Research on connotation and development pattern of science and technology for people's livelihood

通过对科学的价值取向变化的分析,指出民生科技是在生活科学基础上融合了与民生问题直接相关的技术,是科技与人民生活实际真正结合起来的产物,并进一步界定了民生科技的特征、内容和分类。归纳发达国家民生科技的发展模式,认为中国民生科技的发展离不开政府推动、全民创新和科技管理体制的改革。

By analyzing the changes of value orientation of science,the paper concludes that science and technology for people＇s livelihood integrates with the technology directly relating to people＇s livelihood on the basis of the life science,and are a product of sci-tech＇s combining with people＇s actual lives,and farther defines the characters, contents, types of sci-tech for people＇s livelihood. Summing up the development pattern of science and technology for people＇s livelihood in the developed countries,the paper holds that the development of sci-tech for people＇s livelihood in China cannot do without the promotion of government, the innovation of all the people and the reform of management system of sci-tech.
