为了解当前科技工作者职业发展的研究状况,采用文献分析方法对当前相关资料进行输理,结果发现国外学者对科技工作者的研究主要是依据职业发展理论,从人力资本、组织资本、制度资本等角度进行。而国内学者的研究焦点集中在科技工作者的道德修养与责任、科技工作者的工作压力、科技工作者职业流动。

In order to know the research conditions of the current scientific and technical worker＇s career development,the writers have sorted out the relative information with analytical method.
