石英纤维桩修复磨牙残冠的临床疗效分析

摘要 目的评价石英纤维桩在磨牙残冠修复中的临床效果。方法选取本科门诊患者42例,共53颗磨牙残冠,根管治疗后用D.T.Light-Post石英纤维桩固位进行冠修复,于治疗完成后半年、1年和2年时预约复诊,观察临床修复效果,并对其临床应用的有关问题进行分析。结果53颗患牙50颗无异常,共2颗纤维桩脱落,半年成功率100%、1年成功率98.11%,2年成功率96.23%。结论纤维桩系统修复磨牙残冠,修复成功率高,但其远期疗效尚需进行长期的临床观察。 Objective To assess the therapeutic effects of new quartz fiber post in the restoration of the residual crown. Methods All 53 residual crown teeth of 42 patients were restored with D. T. Ligh fiber posts and resin cores after root canal therapy. Then at 6 momths, 1 year and 2years, clinical repair effects were observed and other relevant problems were analyzed. Results Three cases were lost, and the other teeth of the patients were well repaired, with a 100% successful rate in 6months and 98.11% in 1 year,96.23 % in 2 years. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of new quartz fiber post on restoration of residual crown is good and worth applying. However its long-term effect still needs more clinical observation.
