摘要 上颌快速扩弓技术是正畸临床上治疗上颌骨横向发育不全的有效手段。对于骨骼发育成熟的成年患者,常需辅以外科骨皮质切开术,即外科辅助快速扩弓技术。由于目前临床上常用的牙支持式扩弓矫治器存在支抗牙颊倾、颊侧牙根吸收等不良反应,Mommarts医师于1999年首先提出了骨支持式的腭牵张器,配合骨皮质切开术,称为外科辅助骨支持式快速扩弓技术,本文就此技术作一综述。
