胚胎干细胞移植治疗帕金森病的策略及临床应用进展

摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)又称震颤麻痹,是一种多发于中老年期、进展缓慢的神经系统退行性疾病。病变主要由于黑质纹状体多巴胺能神经元变性坏死,纹状体中多巴胺含量下降,导致震颤、肌肉僵直、运动迟缓等一系列临床症状。目前,传统的PD治疗策略如药物治疗、神经保护治疗大多着眼于对症状的控制,而不能对疾病进行根治。因此,基于细胞替代疗法的基因治疗技术有望从根本上治愈PD而吸引了人们的关注。早期对PD患者的移植治疗是通过可产生多巴胺的细胞替换变性的多巴胺能神经元,常用的是胎儿的中脑组织。
