缺氧诱导因子在血管生成中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 目前已发现的缺氧诱导因子(HIFs)有3个,即HIF-1、HIF-2和HIF-3。它们广泛存在于人和哺乳动物的细胞内。HIFs由对氧敏感的功能性亚基(α亚基)和构建性表达的结构亚基(β亚基)组成,它们调节的目标基因的表达涉及血管生成、红血球生成、能量代谢、细胞增殖和凋亡等生物学过程。介绍了近年来HIFs及其在血管生成中的研究进展,以便对HIFs进行更深入、广泛的研究。
