脾脏弥漫性毛细血管瘤病一例

摘要 患者男，19岁，藏族。主因腹部肿块伴间断性呕血2年，加重2个月于2007年10月20日收入西藏军区总医院。体检：腹部膨隆，左上腹压痛阳性，反跳痛阴性。脾Ⅱ度肿大，脾区压痛阳性，腹部移动性浊音阴性。血常规：白细胞（WBC）：6．4×10^9／L，红细胞（RBC）：3．58×10^12／L，血红蛋白（Hb）：6．1g／L，
