甘肃省某市暗娼人群艾滋病知识及相关行为调查

Investigation and Analysis Related to Knowledge and Behaviors About HIV/AIDS Among Female Sex Workers

目的了解甘肃省某市暗娼人群艾滋病防治知识的知晓情况及相关行为。方法采用匿名横断面调查设计,在娱乐场所对暗娼进行现场问卷调查,收集相关信息。结果艾滋病知识总体知晓率为43.5%;最近一月性行为时安全套坚持使用率为53.0%。结论甘肃省某市暗娼人群艾滋病知识的总体知晓率不高,安全套使用率较低。在今后的干预工作中,应加强低档场所的干预工作,提高人们对艾滋病防治知识的知晓率,达到预防艾滋病的目的。

OBJECTIVE To analysis the HIV/AIDS knowledge and behaviors among female sex workers（FSWs）in Gansu Province. METH- ODS Anonymous questionnaire were conducted among FSWs, collection correlate information in entertainment. RFSULTS The total rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge among the 402 FSWs surveyed was 43.5%; Recently one month had when the sex act with the guests the condom u- tilization ratio was 53.0%. CONCLUSION FSWs crowd knowledge of AIDS awareness rate is not high, and condom usage rate is lower. In the future work, shouht strengthen the intervention in the low-grade people, improve people＇s awareness of AIDS knowkdge, achieve the goal againse AIDS.
