乳牙反活动矫治的口腔护理

Dental Nursing During Treating Crossbite of Deciduous Dentition

目的探讨合垫舌簧矫治器在矫治乳牙反过程中的口腔护理及其效果。方法选取105例乳牙反的患者,随机分成两组,均采用合垫舌簧矫治器进行矫治,对观察组患者和家长进行口腔卫生指导,并对小孩进行心理治疗和定期回访;对照组患者进行常规治疗,观察两组患者的治疗时间和治疗结束时的牙龈状况。结果观察组患者的平均治疗时间为4.1个月,牙龈炎发病率为10.91%;对照组患者的平均治疗时间为5.3个月,牙龈炎发病率为36.00%,两组之间牙龈炎发病率存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论良好的口腔护理能够缩短矫治时间,降低牙龈炎的发病率,提高矫治效果。

OBJECTIVES To investigate the effect of dental nursing on the treatment ot deciduous crossbite with removable appliance. METHODS 105 patients with deciduous crossbite were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and contrast group.Remov- able appliances were used for both groups. The children and their parents in the observation group accepted oral hygiene instructions, and psychological treatment and regularly telephone visit were given to the children as well. However, traditional therapy was used in the contrast group. Treatment time and gingival condition at the end of treatment were recorded. RESULTS Average 4.1 months was tak- en for the observation group and average 5.3 months was taken for the contrast group. As for the gingival condition, the incidence of gingivitis was 10.9% in the observation group and 36% in the contrast group. Significant difference existed in the two groups（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Favorable dental nursing could shorten the treatment time, and the incidence of gingivitis could be decreased as well.
