双牙弓前突支抗控制的临床体会

Dual-arch Anchorage Control Protrusion Clinical Experience

目的探讨双牙弓前突支抗控制的方法。方法回顾分析了17例双牙弓前突的诊治病例。结果17例轻中度双牙弓前突的支抗控制有效,患者的前牙最大程度内收,取得了比较满意的矫治效果。结论口外弓、J-Hook、颌间牵引以及一系列的后倾曲是支抗控制的有效方法,在矫治双牙弓前突患者中发挥重要的作用,使该类患者的磨牙最低限度地前移和前牙最大限度的内收,从而使双牙弓前突的患者收到比较满意的治疗效果。

OBJECTIVE To discussion of the conflict before the two-arch anchorage control of the experience. METHODS Retrospective analysis of the department to complete the 17 cases of two-arch protrusion of the diagnosis and treatment of cases. RESULTS 17 cases of mild to moderate two-arch protrusion of the anchorage control is effective. It allows patients with the greatest degree of anterior adductor. Patients has been satisfied with the treatment effect. CONCLUSIONS Face-bow, J-Hook, intermaxillary traction a series of bending is effectively for anchorage control. It plays an important role in two-arch protrusion patients.Molers of patients move forward minimumly. Anterior teeth adduct maximumly.Two-arch protrusion patients are satisfied with the treatment results.
