微嵌合体与器官移植的免疫平衡
摘要
建立器官移植免疫耐受是维持移植器官长期存活的理想状态,尽管越来越多的动物实验和临床研究都证实诱导受者建立微嵌合体可以显著延长移植器官的存活时间,但微嵌合体是诱导免疫耐受产生的原因还仅仅是建立耐受的结果现在仍是人们争论的热点。本文就微嵌合体认识的相关进展及其与器官移植的免疫学关系作一综述。
