对万古霉素敏感性下降的金黄色葡萄球菌的感染及治疗

摘要 近年来,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)所致的医院内感染在全球范围内呈上升趋势。万古霉素作为治疗MRSA最常用的抗生素已经应用近50年,但万古霉素耐药鲜有报道。1997年日本报道了第1株万古霉素中介耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(vancomycin-intermediate staphylococcus anreus,VISA),此后,临床陆续报道了异质性万古霉素耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(heterogeneous vancomycin-resistant staphylococcus aureus,heteroVISA)。
