低分子肝素治疗博来霉素诱导大鼠肺纤维化的研究 被引量：4

摘要 肺间质纤维化过程中凝血系统出现异常变化，纤维蛋白溶解活性下降。低分子肝素是临床常用的抗凝血药，并有促使纤溶酶原释放，使纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1（PAI-1）和纤维蛋白原的浓度降低的作用。为此，我们观察了低分子肝素对大鼠肺间质纤维化的治疗效果及其可能的作用机制。
