肠易激综合征患者血清中IgG亚型分布 被引量：1

摘要 肠易激综合征（Irritable bowel syndrome，IBS）是最常见的消化系统疾病之一，病因至今尚不清楚，难以提出针对性的治疗。目前有人认为部分患者可能与免疫有关。我们对64例IBS患者血清IgG亚型进行检测，以了解IgG亚型在IBS患者中的分布情况。
