摘要
老子的《道德经》蕴涵了丰富的管理思想,其哲学基础是"道"。"道"可以作为企业管理领导者的指导原则。挖掘老子管理哲学思想的现代意义,有利于我们提高和增强现代管理者的管理能力,有助于我们加强和深化现代企业管理的理论。
Lao-tzu＇s Tao Te Ching embodies rich management thought in which ＂Dao＂ is the foundation. ＂Dao＂ can be perceived as leading principle for managing leader of a business. Its significance of exploring Lao-tzu＇s philosophy thoughts lies in promoting and enhancing manger＇s managing ability, making the theory of modem enterprises management strengthen and deepen.
